MICROSTRUCTURE AND DAMPING PROPERTIES OF 2024Al/SiCP METAL MATRIX COMPOSITES PRODUCED BY SPRAY CODEPOSITION

  • 摘要: 本文报道了喷射共沉积2024Al/SiCP 复合材料的阻尼性能并对显微组织对其影响进行了分析。它比喷射沉积2024合金的阻尼性能提高约142% , 比常规铸造2024合金的阻尼性能提高约184%。
    Abstract: The damping property of 2024Al/SiCP(17.6% V f)metal matrix composites produced by spray codeposition is reported in this paper. The property is about 142% higher than that of 2024 alloy produced by spray deposition and nearly 184% higher than that of 2024 produced by conventional casting.
