COATING CARBON FIBER REINFORCED MAGNESIUM COMPOSITES

  • 摘要: 采用液态浸渗方法,使表面带有镍、铜和二氧化硅涂层的碳纤维与金属镁结合,形成C/Mg复合材料.研究发现:镍,铜、二氧化硅涂层均可实现镁液对纤维的润湿,形成复合材料;复合材料形成后,镍和铜涂层均已消失;镍在高温下与碳纤维相容性较差;二氧化硅涂层稳定,对纤维有较好的保护作用,涂层不同,形成了不同的纤维分布状态.
    Abstract: This paper focuses on the research of the combination of Mg and carbon fibers coated with Ni,Cu and SiO2.C/Mg composite is formed by the liquid phase fabrication method.It is found that Ni,Cu and SiO2 are able to make liquid magnesium welt carbon fiber.Both Cu & Ni coatings disapperar after composite formed Ni shows a bad coexistance with carbon fiber at high temperature.SiO2 Coating is steady and it has a better protectivity towards carbon fiber.Different coating results in different distribution of fiber in matrix.
