表面冷等离子体改性对纤维抗拉强度的影响

THE COLD PLASMA MODIFICATION SURFACE OF FIBER EFFECT ON THE TENSILE STRENGTH OF FIBER

  • 摘要: 碳纤维和芳纶纤维表面冷等离子体改性的效果甚佳,抗拉强度得到显著的提高。本文还讨论了不同冷等离子体气氛及处理时间对纤维抗拉强度的影响,并提出抗拉强度提高的可能机理。
    Abstract: The effect of cold plasma modification on the surface of carbon fiber and aromatic polyamide fiber is very good and the tensile strength isnotably increased after treated.The influence to the tensile strength of fiber by cold plasma treatment with different pressure and different time has been discussed and a possible mechanism of the tensile strength increment is suggested in this paper.
