涂层及热处理状态对碳纤维机械性能的影响
EFFECTS OF COATINGS AND HEAT TREATMENT ON THE MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF COATED CARBON FIBRE

摘要: 本文系统研究了热处理对具有Ni、SiC、SiC-Ni双涂层的碳纤维机械性能的影响。结果表明,碳纤维拉伸强度随SiC涂层厚度增加而提高,涂SiC碳纤维断裂方式为纤维拔出型。经热处理后涂SiC碳纤维性能不下降。涂SiC-Ni碳纤维随热处理时间延长而缓慢下降,涂Ni碳纤维性能下降最快。分析了碳纤维性能下降的原因及碳纤维在不同条件下的断裂机制。Abstract: Systematic study has been made on the effect of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of carbon fibre with Ni coating,SiC coatingand SiC-Ni duplex coating.It is shown that tensile strength of the fibre increases with the increasing of thickness of SiC coating.The fracture way of the fibre coated with SiC is pull-out.The strength of SiGcoated fibre does not decrease after heat treatment.The strength of SiC-Ni-coated fibre decreases slowly during heat treatment.The strength of Ni-coated fibre decreases quickly.The reason that the strength of the fibre decreases and fracture mechanism of the coated fibre are analysed.
