DAMAGE POSITION AND GRADE SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SMART COMPOSITE MATERIAL

  • 摘要: 智能材料与结构是当前研究的热门课题,本文介绍了我们所研制的一种能够对损伤进行自诊断的智能结构系统,系统能进行损伤或大应变位置的自诊断及损伤级别的判断,主要介绍了智能复合材料结构试件的制作、四点法传感元件的布置及应用模式识别算法的研究,该系统具有较高的自诊断成功率。
    Abstract: Smart material and structure are the research focus of many researchers recently. This article introduces a kind of self-diagnostic smart structure which can self-diagnose the damage in real time and in a large area. The damage position and its grade can both be decided. Introduced in detail in this article are the manufacture of the smart composite test-specimen,the research of the four element arrangements and the signal processing using pattern recognition algorithm. This system can work well.
