TECHNOLOGY OF PREPARING ISOTROPICAL POLYMER-NdFeB MAGNETIC COMPOSITE

  • 摘要: 本文以压制成型工艺研究了制备各向同性NdFeB复合永磁的技术.结果表明,不同磁性粉末和粘结剂对NdFeB类复合永磁性能影响很大;增大磁粉含量和成型压力在一定限度内有利于提高磁性能.
    Abstract: This paper studies the technology of preparing isotropical NdFeB magnetic composites through compression molding process.The result shows that the characteristics of the NdFeB magnetic composites are remarkably affected by different kinds of magnetic powders and adhesives.Increasing the filler level of magnetic composites will dogood to improve the magnetic characteristics of the magnetic within a certain limit.
