Abstract:
With the further improvement of aero-engine performance, it's urgent to develop new lightweight, high-temperature-resistant and long-life ceramic matrix composite guide vanes to solve the problem that the superalloy materials have reached their service temperature limit. This paper systematically reviews the current research progress of SiC
f/SiC guide vanes from the service environment characteristics, material characteristics, manufacturing process, assessment method, and nondestructive testing technology, in order to provide a certain reference for the domestic relevant research work of ceramic matrix composite guide blades in the field of aeroengine.
