碳纤维增强热塑性复合材料的制备与性能研究进展

Research progress on preparation and properties of carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites

  • 摘要: 碳纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CRTP)因其具有众多优点而在航空航天、轨道交通、国防军工和风力发电等领域受到广泛的关注。本文总结了近年来国内外关于CRTP制备技术的研究进展,主要从预浸料制备工艺、碳纤维(CF)表面改性技术及CRTP成型工艺3个方面进行阐述,并详细介绍了不同预浸料制备工艺、CF表面改性技术和CRTP成型工艺的优缺点及对所制备CRTP性能的影响;最后对预浸料制备工艺、CF表面改性技术和CRTP成型工艺的发展方向进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Owing to their numerous merits, carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites (CRTP) have drawn extensive attention in many fields such as aerospace, rail transportation, military industry, wind power and et al. In this paper, the research progress in recent years on the preparation technology of CRTP in the world is summarized, and is mainly described from three aspects: The preparation technology of prepreg, surface modification technology of carbon fiber (CF) and processing technology of CRTP. Furthermore, the merit and demerit of different preparation technologies of prepreg, surface modification technologies of CF and processing technologies of CRTP, as well as the influence on the properties of the prepared CRTP, are introduced in detail. In the end, the development direction of preparation technology of prepreg, surface modification technology of CF and processing technology of CRTP is prospected.
