聚磷酸铵及其协效剂阻燃聚乳酸研究进展

Research progress of flame retardant polylactic acid using APP and its synergists

  • 摘要: 聚乳酸(PLA)是一种绿色可降解环保型聚酯,但其属于易燃材料,为了拓展其应用领域并确保使用的安全性,有必要对其进行阻燃改性研究。本文综述了近年来聚磷酸铵(APP)及其阻燃协效剂在PLA阻燃改性方面的研究进展。重点介绍了不同类型的改性协效剂以及微胶囊化APP对PLA复合材料的阻燃效果,并对比分析了各类阻燃体系的性能特点。最后,文章展望了PLA阻燃改性的未来发展方向,指出制备绿色低添加量阻燃剂将成为今后研究的重要趋势。

     

    Abstract: Polylactic acid (PLA) is an environmentally friendly, biodegradable polyester; however, it is also a flammable material. To broaden its application scope and ensure safe usage, it is essential to conduct research on flame retardant modifications for this material. This paper examines the flame retardant effects of modified synergistic agents and microencapsulated ammonium polyphosphate (APP) on PLA composite materials, while also introducing various types of modified synergistic agents. A comparative analysis is conducted to evaluate the performance characteristics of different flame retardant systems. Finally, this study outlines future directions for the modification of PLA flame retardants, emphasizing that the development of environmentally friendly, low-additive flame retardants will be a significant trend in forthcoming research endeavors.
