Abstract:
Dispersive particles can be obtained with internal oxidation, but the distribution of the particles in the matrix is not uniform and the material is not dense. This article deals with the plastic deformation of Al
2O
3/Cu composites, and the recrystallization of the deformed composites. The experiments and analyses show that the material has a high work hardening coefficient, the dispersoid can obviously improve the recrystallization temperature of the composites, and thus the mechanical properties of the composites are increased greatly.
