单向碳/碳复合材料CVI 致密化模拟研究
MODELING OF CVI PROCESSING FOR FABRICATION OF UNIDIRECTIONAL CARBONCARBON COMPOSITES

摘要: 采用有限差分模型对单向碳/碳复合材料的化学气相渗透(CV I) 过程进行模拟, 并设计了对照实验对模型进行了验证。模型所预测的预制体密度随渗透时间变化关系曲线与对照实验结果较为吻合, 反映了模型的准确性和实用性。此外通过模型还可得到致密化过程中气体在预制体内的分布情况, 对复合材料致密化均匀性进行表征, 并可获得材料孔隙率变化特点等一系列重要信息, 为CV I 机理的深入研究打下了良好的基础, 对CV I 工艺的改进和优化有较强的指导意义。Abstract: A finite difference equation model was proposed for fabrication of unidirectional carboncarbon composites by Chemical Vapor Infiltration (CVI) process. The check experiment was designed to verify the accuracy of this model. The model results of density versus infiltration time showed good agreement with experiment data, which indicated that the model had good practicability. Moreover, much of the important information of CVI mechanism would be provided by the modeling results, such as the distribution of precursor concentration in preforms, uniformity of densification and evolving of porosity during infiltration.
