利用碳纤维毡制备结构吸波材料的研究
STUDY ON THE STRUCTURAL MICROWAVE ABSORBING MATERIAL MADE WITH CARBON-FELT

摘要: 将经过表面处理的碳纤维毡和环氧树脂复合, 加入碳黑、金属粉末、铁氧体等填料制备出一种新型结构吸波材料。该材料面密度小于5. 2 kg/m2。在8~ 18 GHz 波段最大反射衰减为- 13. 37 dB, 反射率小于- 10 dB 的频率带宽接近于雷达工作的全频带, 达到了实用水平。采用电磁散射理论对材料的吸收机理进行了探讨。Abstract: By adding carbon black, ferrite and metal powders, polyacrylonitrile(PAN) based carbon fiber felts and epoxy resin were used to make a new kind of structural material for the application of radar microwave absorption. The material with area density of 5.2 kg/m2 achieved maximum absorbing value of -13.37 dB, and minimum value of -10 dB over the whole frequency range (8~18 GHz).
