原位TiC 粒子增强ZA43 复合 材料的制备及组织性能

  • 摘要: 以T i、A l、C 粉末为原料, 采用接触反应法制备原位TiC 颗粒增强的ZA 43 复合材料, 直 接原位反应生成0. 2~ 1. 0 Lm 的TiC 颗粒, 均布于基体合金中, 材料具有优异的力学性能。研究了 反应温度对反应产物的影响, 探讨了TiC 细化ZA 43 合金A′相的机理。

     

    Abstract: The TiC reinforced ZA43 composite was prepared by insitu contactreaction. TiC (0.21.0 m) formed by in situ reaction dispersed homogeneously in matrix alloy. The effect of temperature on in situ reaction and grain refinement mechanisms of TiC/ZA43 have been studied.
