一种中温固化环氧树脂的研究

STUDY ON MODERATE TEMPERATURE CURING EPOXY RESIN

  • 摘要: 利用苯胺-甲醛与双氰胺反应得到了一种改性产物。相对于双氰胺, 它在环氧树脂和某种低沸点溶剂中有良好的溶解性。在促进剂作用下, 可以在125℃左右固化环氧树脂, 固化后的浇铸体有良好的力学性能和耐湿热性。用该树脂体系可湿法制作复合材料预浸布, 其玻璃布复合材料在力学性能和耐湿热性能上可达到国外同类产品的水平。

     

    Abstract: A new curing agent was synthesized by the reaction of phenylamine formaldehyde and dicyanodiamide. It had better solubility in epoxy resin and in a kind of low boiling point than dicyanodiamide, and it could cure epoxy resin under about 125℃ with accelerator. The cured resin had good mechanical properties and moisture resistance. With this resin curing system, a pre impregnating was obtained and the glass clothing composite had good mechanical properties and moisture resistance as the same product of abroad.
