潜伏性环氧树脂体系固化反应动力学参数的特征研究

摘要: 对二种潜伏性环氧树脂体系的固化反应动力学参数进行了讨论。结果认为, 理想的潜伏性环氧树脂体系应具有较高的固化反应活化能(E a ) 和频率熵因子(A ) ; 或者具有可变化活化能——即在室温下具有较高的固化反应活化能, 而在高温下具有较低的固化反应活化能。理论分析与实验结果相吻合。Abstract: The kinetic parameters of two kinds of latent (epoxy resin) systems were discussed. The results indicate that an ideal latent resin system should possess higher reactive activation energy ( E a ) and frequency factor ( A ), or possess a variable reactive activation energy, that is, the resin system should possess a higher activation energy at room temperature and a lower one at elevated temperature.
