WEAR MECHANISM OF DIAMOND ALLOY COMPOSITE FOR SAWING OF GRANITES

  • 摘要: 本文通过大量实验过程, 跟踪观察了花岗石锯切过程中金刚石-金属复合材料在各种加工条件下的磨损状态; 探讨了花岗石种类、金刚石、金属合金结合剂等因素对磨损状态的影响。最后, 分析了磨、抛过程中金刚石的磨损特点, 并提出了相应的解决措施。
    Abstract: Wear of diamond alloy composite segments under various conditions is observed through Alot of experiments on the basis of previous researches on segment wear. Influences of granites, diamonds and metal bonds on wear characteristics of diamond segments have been discussed. In the end, wear characteristics of diamonds during grinding and polishing granites have been analyzed and measures to deal with the problems have also been put forward.
