HDPE 纤维/树脂基超混杂复合材料设计及其性能研究

STUDY ON PROPERTIES OF HDPE FIBER/RESIN MATRIX SUPER HYBRID COMPOSITES

  • 摘要: 本文研究了高密度聚乙烯纤维增强树脂基超混杂复合材料(PESHCM ) 性能, 通过采用功能剪裁技术进行混杂设计, 超混杂复合材料既具有良好的力学性能, 同时又兼具耐腐蚀、耐磨耗等功能性, 借助于SEM 和理论分析, 初步探讨了PESHCM 具有优异耐磨性的原因。

     

    Abstract: In this paper properties of HDPE fiber/resin matrix super hybrid composites(PESHCM) were studied. Because of applying the functional tailor technique to conduct hybrid design, the PESHCM possessed good mechanical properties, high corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and so on. By SEM, reasons of the abrasion resistance of the composites were discussed.
