液态搅拌铸造SiCP及SiO2(P) 增强Al-4wt%Mg基复合材料的界面反应研究

STUDY ON THE INTERFACIAL REACTIONS OF LIQUID STIRRED CAST SiCP AND SiO2(P) REINFORCED Al-4wt%Mg COMPOSITES

  • 摘要: 利用分析透射电镜研究了液态搅拌铸造原始态与氧化态SiCP 以及SiO2(P) 增强Al-4wt%Mg 基复合材料的界面反应情况。结果在原始态和氧化态碳化硅颗粒表面观察到细小的MgO , 石英粒子在高温下与基体中的镁反应生成MgAl2O4, 并运用扩散理论分别解释了其反应机制。

     

    Abstract: The interfacial reaction of liquid stirred cast SiCP and SiO2(P) reinforced Al4wt%Mg matrix composites was studied by means of analytical transmission electronic microscope. The results show that the fine MgO particles are formed on the surface of as received SiC particle and oxidized one. The quartz particles reacted with magnesium in matrix to form MgAl2O4. And the reaction mechanisms are explained respectively with the diffusion theory.
