RELATION BETWEEN ELECTRICAL CONDUCTIVITY OF CF/Cu COMPOSITES AND DISTRIBUTION OF FIBERS

  • 摘要: 将碳纤维按不同方式分布与铜粉混合热压, 制取复合材料, 测定了碳纤维含量与分布方式对复合材料电导率的影响。给出了测定结果, 为复合材料的结构设计提供了一定的依据。
    Abstract: Electrical conductivity of the CF/Cu composites with different modes of CF orientation and distribution, prepared by hot pressing, was examined to be in order: unidirectional longitudinal>bidirectional>spiral>unidirectional transversal>random short fibers. The electrical conductivity of the CF/Cu composites decreases with the increase of the volume of carbon fiber.
