Abstract: In this paper, the piezoelectric properties, dielectric properties, pyroelectric properties of some ceramic polymer composites and their applications are introduced. And the preparation process, electronic properties and potential applications of n SrTiO 3/p PAn heterojunction are also are reviewed.
