离心铸造过共晶Al-Si 合金自生表面复合材料

IN SITU SURFACE COMPOSITES FABRICATED BY CENTRIFUGALLY CASTING HYPEREUTECTIC AlSi ALLOY

  • 摘要: 采用热模金属型工艺, 离心铸造过共晶Al-Si 合金, 获得了外层或外层和内层富集初晶Si, 其余部分为共晶组织构成的自生表面复合材料。分析了复合材料的形成过程, 考察了复合材料的组织、硬度和耐磨性。

     

    Abstract: In situ surface composites of hypereutectic Al-Si alloy, which possess the microstructures of accumulated primary silicon in outer layer or accumulated primary silicon in outer and inner layers and no primary silicon in the rest layer, have been achieved using preheated metal mould centrifugal casting. The formation process of the composites has been analyzed, and the structure, hardness and wear ability of the composites have been also investigated.
