纳米TiO2对改性BMI树脂固化反应及热稳定性影响

EFFECT OF NANOMETER SIZED TiO2 ON REACTIVITY ANDTHERMAL PROPERTIES OF MODIFIED BMI RESINS

  • 摘要: 将芳香二胺、N-取代苯基马来酰亚胺等组分引入双马树脂以降低固化物交联密度,研究了纳米TiO2对该改性双马树脂固化反应性和固化树脂热稳定性的影响。利用差热分析、凝胶特征曲线对树脂的固化反应性进行研究,采用热重分析和红外分析表征固化树脂的热稳定性和树脂固化前后IR光谱变化特征。结果表明:该系列树脂基体具有较低的熔点(70~90℃),良好的溶解性,大多数预聚体可溶解于丙酮溶剂;纳米TiO2的引入可使固化温度下降45~105℃,固化物的耐热温度指数提高19~27℃。

     

    Abstract: A series of new resin systems were prepared by using diamines and N-phenol maleimide to modify BMI resin. The effect of nanometer sized TiO2 on reactivity and thermal properties of modified BMI resins was determined by gel characteristics, FT-IR and thermal analysis technology. The results show that the modified BMI resins have a low melting point (70~90℃) and better solubility, and are soluble in acetone. The nanometer sized TiO2 could decrease the curing temperature by 45~105℃ and increase the thermal stability of the cured resins as well.
