铜-石墨复合材料的半固态铸造研究

SEMI-SOLID CASTING STUDY ON Cu-GRAPHITE COMPOSITE

  • 摘要: 首次采用半固态加工方法对QTi3.5-3.5石墨复合材料进行了研究,得到了半固态浆料固相率与铸锭中石墨颗粒分布之间的关系,确定了获得石墨颗粒均匀分布的QTi3.5-3.5石墨复合材料的半固态加工技术条件。结果表明,随着半固态浆料固相率的增大,石墨颗粒的上浮偏聚程度逐渐减小,当采用固相率大于40%的半固态浆料进行铸造时,石墨颗粒的上浮偏聚现象得以消除,可获得石墨颗粒均匀分布的QTi3.5-3.5石墨复合材料。

     

    Abstract: For the first time, the study on QTi3.5-3.5graphite composite was conducted using a semi-solid processing method. The relationship between distribution of graphite particles in the ingot and solid fraction of mushy was gotten, and the condition of acquiring QTi3.5-3.5graphite composite with evenly-distributing graphite particles was determined. The results showed that the rising-gathering of graphite particles reduced gradually with the increasing of solid fraction. When solid fraction was larger than 40 %, the rising-gathering of graphite particles could be removed, and QTi3.5-3.5graphite composite with evenly-distributing graphite particles could be gotten.
