Abstract: In this paper, the electric and thermal performances of carbon fibers were described, and the energy transmission from carbon fibers is by means of heat radiation in the high temperature. Using the instant high temperature method, the sizing agent on the surface of carbon fibers was absolutely removed through the analysis and comparison of the untreated and treated carbon fibers under different conditions by XPS and SEM.
