Abstract: On the basis of the relatively true microstructure, utilizing the method of piling up the unit cells, the relationships between geometric structure parameters and braiding process parameters are derived in this paper in order to provide the dependable theoretical formula foundation for practical process design. At the same time, some experiments are used to test and verify the accuracy of the relationships between the geometric parameters and the braiding process parameters effectively.
