镁铝碳酸根型LDH与聚氯乙烯的复合性能研究
STUDY ON PROPERTIES OF COMPOSITE MATERIALS OF LAYERED DOUBLE HYDROXIDE AND POLYVINYL CHLORIDE

摘要: 研究了改性MgAl-CO2-3型层状双金属复合氢氧化物(LDH)对聚氯乙烯(PVC)的复合和热稳定效果。结果表明:复配型硅烷偶联剂、硅烷偶联剂和铝钛复合偶联剂改性的LDH比未改性LDH在PVC中分散得均匀,团聚度减小,而且所得复合材料的力学性能均有所提高。LDH/PVC复合材料比未加LDH的空白PVC静态热稳定性好,而改性LDH/PVC比未改性LDH/PVC热稳定性好。但随着LDH加入量增加,LDH/PVC复合材料的热稳定性会降低。Abstract: Layered Double Hydroxide (LDH) was synthesized and modified with different coupling agents, then modified LDH as heat stabilizer was filled into polyvinyl chloride (PVC) to form composite materials. Samples were characterized by XRD, IR, TEM and Particle Size Analysis. The results showed that dispersion properties of LDH in PVC were improved, and mechanical properties and heat stability of LDH/PVC composite materials were prompted.
