三维五向编织复合材料的力学性能分析Ⅰ:细观结构模型

Mechanics analysis of three-dimensional five-directional braided compositesⅠ: Microstructural model

  • 摘要: 通过观察CCD显微摄像仪获取的三维五向编织复合材料的截面图像,分析了纱线的排列规律及其截面形状的变化,建立了三维实体单胞模型,该模型合理地反映了纱线的交织状态和截面形状。基于该模型建立了编织工艺参数之间的几何关系。将预制件的外型尺寸和体积含量的计算值与实测值进行比较,吻合较好,为材料进一步的有限元分析奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: A series of cross-section images of three-dimensional (3D) five-directional braided composites were investigated by the charge-coupled device (CCD) microscope,and then the yarn‘s arrangements and their section patterns were discussed. A 3D solid unit cell model was established. The model reasonably reflected the fiber architecture and the cross-section of the yarns. On the basis of the model,the relations between the braiding parameters were determined. The predictions about the dimensions and the fiber volume fractions of preforms show good agreement with experimental results,which provided a basis for finite element analysis (FEA) .
