MXene基纳米酶在疾病诊疗中的研究进展

Research progress of MXene based nanoenzymes in disease diagnosis and treatment

  • 摘要: MXene是一种具有独特物理化学性质的新型2D层状材料,在催化、传感、储能以及疾病诊疗等领域具有广阔的应用前景。随着纳米技术发展和探索的深入,MXene纳米酶的特性被发现并得到快速发展,尤其在疾病的诊疗中展现出显著优势和巨大应用潜力,有望为该领域的科技进步和产业发展带来新的突破。在本篇综述中,我们总结了MXene纳米酶在疾病诊疗中的研究进展。首先介绍了MXene的制备方法,表面改性以及类酶活性;其次重点阐述了MXene基纳米酶在生物传感、生物成像、抗菌、癌症治疗以及其他疾病的诊疗等方面的应用。最后总结讨论了MXene纳米酶在疾病的诊疗中的研究现状、潜在应用以及未来发展面临的新挑战和新机遇。MXene纳米酶将会成为未来疾病诊断治疗的重要材料。

     

    Abstract: MXene is a new type of two-dimensional layered material with unique physicochemical properties, which has broad application prospects in catalysis, sensing, energy storage and disease diagnosis and treatment. With the in-depth development and exploration of nanotechnology, the properties of MXene nanoenzymes have been discovered and rapidly developed, especially in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, showing significant advantages and great application potential, which is expected to bring new breakthroughs for the scientific and technological progress and industrial development in this field. In this review, we summarize the research progress of MXene nanoenzymes in disease diagnosis and treatment. The article firstly introduces the preparation method, surface modification and enzyme-like activity of MXene, and secondly focuses on the application of MXene-based nanoenzymes in biosensing, bioimaging, antibacterial, cancer therapy and other diseases. It finally concludes with a discussion of the current status of MXene nanoenzymes in disease diagnosis and treatment, potential applications, and new challenges and opportunities for future development. MXene nanoenzymes will become an important material for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the future.
