推进系统结构复合材料机械剥蚀计算及相关抗剥蚀技术研究进展

Research Progress in Mechanical Erosion Calculation of Composite Structures in Propulsion Systems and Associated Erosion-Resistant Technologies

  • 摘要: 复合材料机械剥蚀是固体火箭发动机推进系统热防护结构不可忽略的关键问题之一。本文主要从工程和数值计算两方面,讨论了处于恶劣高温高压工作环境下,复合材料热防护结构在含有高焓颗粒的高温高速气流冲击下的机械剥蚀问题,重点关注气流压力及剪切力、颗粒冲击、高温传热等因素对于机械剥蚀的影响。此外,从复合材料基体改性以及涂层技术两方面,讨论了复合材料结构提高抗机械剥蚀性能的相关研究工作。本文最后还提出了固体火箭发动机推进系统复合材料热防护结构需要进一步开展研究的问题。

     

    Abstract: Mechanical erosion of composite materials is one of the critical issues that cannot be ignored in the thermal protection structures of solid rocket motor propulsion systems. This paper discusses, from both engineering and numerical computation perspectives, the mechanical erosion of composite material thermal protection structures under the impact of high-temperature and high-speed gas flows containing high-enthalpy particles, particularly in harsh high-temperature and high-pressure working environments. The focus is on the effects of gas flow pressure and shear forces, particle impact, and high-temperature heat transfer on the surface of the structure. Additionally, the paper reviews relevant research on improving the mechanical erosion resistance of composite material structures, focusing on matrix modification of composite materials and coating technology. Finally, the paper proposes areas that require further research on composite material thermal protection structures for solid rocket motor propulsion systems.
