基于NIAH方法的复合材料与钢材的螺栓连接3D有限元分析

3D finite element analysis with NIAH method for bolt connection of composite laminates and steel

  • 摘要: 采用3D有限元模型可以较准确的分析复合材料层合板与钢板的螺栓连接区域,然而由于层合板缺少必要的3D各向异性材料属性数据而使得3D计算分析受到限制。为解决该问题,以及避免逐层建立3D层合板模型带来的复杂性,提出了利用NIAH方法(均匀化方法的新求解方法)来确定层合板整体3D材料属性的方法。方法中所需的表征层合板整体属性的单胞,通过结合实际层合板的铺设方式,选取具有代表性铺设次序的那些单层来构造。在对单胞的单元类型、网格影响等讨论的基础上,通过具体实例获得了层合板的3D材料属性,并有效地实现了层合板和钢材的螺栓连接的3D有限元分析。

     

    Abstract: The 3D finite element analysis is needed to improve the computational precise for the blot connection zone of composite laminates and steel, but the analysis is limited due to the lack of 3D anisotropic material property data for laminates. To deal with this problem, meanwhile, avoid the complexity of building 3D laminates model by layers, the approach of determining global 3D material properties of laminates by NIAH method (A novel implementation of homogenization method) was proposed. In this approach, the cell required to represent the global properties of laminates is constructed by representative layers which were selected according to the actual laying mode of the laminates. On the basis of verifying the reliability of the proposed approach, the 3D material properties of laminates were obtained through a specific example, and the 3D finite element analysis of the bolt connection between the laminates and steel is realized, which verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
