Abstract:
Morphing wing can achieve the optimum flying condition by changing its shape, so as to meet the requirement of multi-mission flight. It has great application prospects in both military and civil fields, and has become one of the important trends of future aircraft development. Morphing skin is a key technology affecting the development and application of the morphing wing, which can provide the necessary smooth and continuous aerodynamic surface. According to the deformation characteristics, the passive morphing skin is classified. The research status of the passive morphing skin technology is described in detail, and the design methods and applications of morphing skins are concluded and analyzed. On this basis, the development trends of the morphing skin are pointed out, in order to provide reference for the further research of morphing skin technology.
