变体机翼中被动变形柔性蒙皮技术的研究现状与展望

Research status and prospect of passive morphing skin technology for morphing wings

  • 摘要: 变形机翼通过改变外形来实现最佳飞行状态,满足多任务飞行需求,在军事与民用领域都具有极大的应用前景,已成为未来飞行器发展的重要趋势之一。柔性蒙皮能够为变形机翼提供所必需的光滑连续气动表面,是影响变形机翼发展与应用的关键技术。本文针对被动式变形柔性蒙皮,依据变形特点对其进行分类,详细阐述各类柔性蒙皮技术的研究现状,重点对柔性蒙皮设计方法与应用案例进行了归纳和分析。在此基础上,对柔性蒙皮发展趋势进行了总结与展望,以期对未来柔性蒙皮技术研究提供借鉴与参考。

     

    Abstract: Morphing wing can achieve the optimum flying condition by changing its shape, so as to meet the requirement of multi-mission flight. It has great application prospects in both military and civil fields, and has become one of the important trends of future aircraft development. Morphing skin is a key technology affecting the development and application of the morphing wing, which can provide the necessary smooth and continuous aerodynamic surface. According to the deformation characteristics, the passive morphing skin is classified. The research status of the passive morphing skin technology is described in detail, and the design methods and applications of morphing skins are concluded and analyzed. On this basis, the development trends of the morphing skin are pointed out, in order to provide reference for the further research of morphing skin technology.
