带切口碳纤维复合材料层板损伤的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF DAMAGE ACCUMULATION IN NOTCHED GRAPHITE/EPOXY LAMINATES

  • 摘要: 本文采用渗透剂增强的X射线照相法分析了含切口复合材料层板的损伤扩展与材料的破坏机理。试验结果表明这种方法是可行的,可以清楚地观察到材料的内部损伤的发生与扩展。材料的破坏是以切口前缘附近损伤区的扩展为特征的,这个损伤区以基体开裂、分层和少量纤维断裂的形式出现。

     

    Abstract: The damage accumulation and the failure mechanism in notched graphite/epoxy laminates have been iwestigatcd by employing penetrant enhanced X-ray radiography. This method is reliable and with the help of it where the damage takes place and how the damage zone expands can be observed clearly hsherimental results indirrte that the damage zone erpanding in the vioinity of retch tip is characteristic of failme the laminates and this damage zpne takes the from of matrix crackining,local delamination hetween plies and some fibers breaking.
