纤维复合材料的挤拉成型

  • 摘要: 本文研究以聚二苯醚衍生物扣二甲苯不饱和聚酯树脂为基体、无碱无捻玻璃纤维粗纱为增强材料的复合材料电机槽楔的挤拉成型,讨论各种工艺条件对制品性能的影响,探讨适宜的工艺条件。实验证明,聚二苯醚衍生物和二甲苯不饱和聚酯树脂适用于挤拉成型,槽楔制品分别适用于B级电机和B、F、H级电机。

     

    Abstract: In this paper we studied the pultrusion method of notor wedges vrohirh is composed of polydiphenyl oxide derivatives or xylene formaldehyce unsaturated polyester resins as a matrix and the continuous glass rovings as a reinforcement. The efforts of various processing conditions on the properties of the products are studied and discussed. The optimum proecssing conditions are also proposed.It is proved by the epxerimental results that tte polydiphenyl oxide derivatives and xylene formaldehyde unsaturated polyester resins are suitable for using in the motors of Class B and motors of Class B, F, H,respectively.
