复合型含铬偶联剂在玻璃纤维/聚丙烯复合材料界面上的偶联机理

摘要: 本文研究了对玻纤有良好处理效果的硝酸铬—反丁烯二酸络合物和五甘醇十八烷基醚(S185)所组成的复合型偶联剂的作用,测定了复合型偶联剂溶液的表面张力和S185的分子大小,玻璃纤维表面经复合型偶联剂处理后,形成了一个界面区,其外层是类似于范德华力引起的物理堆积,中层是类似于氢键力的化学吸附,内层是化学键的连结。因在该界面上存在着化学键、配价键、氢键和有机长链,所以显著地提高了玻璃纤维对聚丙烯树脂的增强效果。Abstract: The compound coupling agent (CCA) which consists of chromium nitrate-fumaric acid complex and pentaglycol octodadecyl ether (S185) is an excellent chemieal surface treating agent for glass fiber.The surface tension of the CCA and the molecular size of S185 were measured.
