摘要: 本文用XPS研究了碳纤维及经不同表面处理的碳纤维表面组成。C1s光电子谱表明,碳纤维表面经处理后,使表面碳氢碳逐步转化为 和-CO2H等基团的碳,这种活性基团的形成是表面氧化作用的结果,它的含量随处理时间的增加而上升达一平衡值。Abstract: This paper made a study of the surface compositions of carbon fibers treated by various methods with the use of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).C1s X-ray photoelectron spectra showed that after the surfaces of carbon fibers were treated the carbon in the hydrocarbon was changed into and -COOH etc.,which were results of surface oxidation and whose contents increased with time but finally reached constant.
