正交缠绕玻璃钢圆曲管平面弯曲的理论和实验研究

THEORETICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES ON THE IN-PLANE BENDING OF ORTHOGONAL WOUND GRP CURVED TUBES

  • 摘要: 本文研究了纤维是弹性主方向、正交缠绕玻璃钢圆曲管的平面弯曲。该管的特点是正交异性、变厚度、无耦合效应。本文用能量法和环壳理论导出了该管平面弯曲时的应力、变形计算式,指出了它们的适用范围,给出了最大应力估算式,并用实验进行了验证,为产品结构设计和强度设计提供了理论依据。

     

    Abstract: This paper deals with the in-plane bending of orthogonal wound GRP circular-shaped curv ed tubes.The features of the tubes are orthotropic,varied in thickness and without coupling effect.A series of formulas are developed for calculating the stresses and deformations of the tubes under the in-plane bending by applying the energy nethod and the ring shell theory. The their limitations are specified.Formulas for estimating the maximum stresses are given herein and demanstrated experimentally.
