FAILURE PROCESS IN CARBON FIBER REINFORCED ALUMINIUM COMPOSITES

  • 摘要: 通过测定拉伸强度,结会拉伸过程监测到的声发射信息及断口形貌的分析,研究了C/Al复合材料的破坏过程。研究结果表明C/Al复合材料的破坏过程是极其复杂的,它的拉伸强度,断口形貌,声发射特征三者之间有密切的关系。

     

    Abstract: The failure process in carbon fiber reinforces aluminium composite (C/Al) has been investigated by estimating tensile strength and acoustic emission behavior during loading combined with the analysis of the fracture morphology.The test specimens are cut from C/Al composite plates which have been prepared by using the diffusion bonding technique in air. Actnal dimensions of the specimens are 100 mm in length,6mm in width and 2~3 mm in thickness.
