交联不饱和聚酯的过剩热焓松弛与物理性能变化

EXCESS ENTHALPY RELAXATION AND CHANGES OF PHYSICAL PROPERTY IN A CROSSLY LINKED UNSATURATED POLYESTER

  • 摘要: 本文研究了交联不饱和聚酯在低于Tg温度下退火处理,过剩热焓松弛过程及其物理和力学性能的变化.结果表明,随退火时间的增加,从Tg转变区吸热峰所确定的过剩热焓松弛量、Tg温度、实数杨氏模量和密度都提高,而虚数模量、内耗下降.从退火温度与过剩热焓松弛的速率确定了过剩热焓松弛过程的活化能为7千卡/充分子.讨论了这一松弛过程的分子机理.

     

    Abstract: The excess enthalpy relaxation(EER) process and changes of physical and mechanical properties in a crossly linked unsaturatel polyetes annsaled at temperatures below Tg have been studied.The results suggest that not only the amount of EER as determined from the endothermic peak in Tg interval but also the density,Tg and the real part of Yong's,modulus increase with annealing time,while the imaginary patr of the modulus and the internal fricton decrease.The activation energy of EER proeess determined from the rate of EER as a function of annealing temperature is about 7Keal/mole.The molecular mechanism of EER proeess is discussed.
