混杂纤维增强复合材料的力学性能和破坏形貌研究
ON THE MECHANICAL PROPERTIES AND FRACTURE MORPHOLOGIES OF HYBRID COMPOSITES

摘要: 本文研究了玻璃纤维、碳纤维以及它们的混杂纤维分别增强混杂基体PSF/ESF复合材料的力学性能和断口的破坏形貌.文中提出一个估算混杂纤维复合材料力学性能的公式.实验结果表明,这一新混杂基体是可以被纤维增强的;用混杂纤维增强的复合材料具有较好的综合力学性能且成本较低.Abstract: This paper studied the mechanical properties anal fracture morphologies of glass,carbon and carbon/glass hybrid filer reinforced PSF/WSP composites.A formula was given which can estimate or design the mechanical propertics of the hybrid composites from the properties of the single composite.Eapcrimental results showed that not only the new blend PSF/ESF can be reinforced but also a more excellent and cleaper composite may be fabricated by hynrid fibers.
