混杂短纤维增强尼龙1010的工艺与性能

HYBRID SHORT CARBON/GLASS FIBER REINFORCED NYLON 1010

  • 摘要: 本工作采用挤出造粒与注射成型的工艺,研究了以短碳纤维和玻璃纤维混杂增强尼龙1010的机械性能、耐热性、摩擦磨损性能及其“混杂效应”.统计了纤维在挤出和注射过程中长度分布的变化.观察了纤维在注射试样中的取向以及纤维与基体的粘结情况.

     

    Abstract: The hybrid carbon-fiber/glass-fiber reinforced nylon 1010 is prepared by extrusion and injection moulding.The fibers are oriented along the direction of the flowing of injected or extrude material.The fibex average length and the dispersity of length distribution are considerably altered by injection as compaced with extruded materials.Obvious positive hybrid effects are found for either mechanical properties or triboloby behaviors.Excellent interfacial bonding between feber and manix is visualized by SEM micrography.
