用浸液超声法测量单向复合材料的弹性常数
ELASTIC MODULI OF UNIDIRECTIONAL HIGH STRENGTH GLASS FIBER COMPOSITES

摘要: 本文系统的给出了用浸液超声法测量单向纤维增强复合材料五个独立的弹性常数的理论和实验方法,并对不同体积分数的两种不同表面处理的单向高强玻璃纤维增强复合材料(GRP)进行了测量研究。结果表明界面质量对GRP的弹性常数在实验的误差范围内看不出影响。实验数据和Halpin-T sai方程预示值相当一致。和实验值对照,外推得到的高强玻璃纤维的弹性常数和工程常数是相当准确的。Abstract: The theory and experimental method for ultrasonic moduli measurement of unidirectional fiber reinforced composite has been systematically studied in the present paper. Effects of fiber surface on the elastic moduli were measured by using ultrasonic water-tank method. The ultrasonic technique has advantages over static or low-freduence methods and all five independent elastic constants can be determined by the technique and on the same sample. The accuracy for the other stiffness constants was 3-5%.The C13(cross-plane modules) were accurate to 1200.
