Corrosion Behavior of C/Al Composites

摘要: 本文研究了用Na—K法制得的C/Al复合材料的腐蚀行为,并与用CVD法制得的C/Al复合材料进行了比较,指出:两种材料在蒸馏水及3.5%盐水介质中浸渍14天后,均发生了严重的腐蚀;表面粗糙给腐蚀带来不利影响;长期空气暴露将导致前种材料发生缺陷部位(晶界、C—Al界面等)腐蚀。Abstract: This Paper deals with the corrosion behavior of C/Al composite manufactured by Na-K method.A comparison is made between the corrosion behavior and that of the composite manufactured by CVD method.Immersed in either distilled water or 3.5% salt solution for 14 days, two kinds of materials metioned above corroded all severely.A rough surface has harmful effects on the corrosion of composites. The exposure to air for a long lime will result in the corrosion of the composites at defect zones (grain boundary, C-Al interface etc.).
