直线型正交异性复合材料圆板的大挠度弯曲

摘要: 本文研究了复合材料直线型正交各向异性圆板的大挠度弯曲问题。首先通过周向刚度分析建立了非轴对称挠曲函数的形式:然后采用伽辽金法求解卡门方程, 其中应力函数是通过求解其非线性协调方程而精确得到的。由此,对周边固支而径向位移约束和自由两种边界条件求解了几种各向异性性质的复合材料园板;并讨论了非轴对称位移项引起的影响。计算结果表明, 非轴对称位移项的影响随着材料正交各向异性强度的增大而更加显著。当材料刚度系数比E1/E2=40时, 其对挠度的影响可达17%。Abstract: An analytical investigation of the large deflection behaviour of rectilinear orthotropic circular plates under uniform means of analyzing the flexural stiffness of the plate, a non-axisymrnetrical flexural deflection is founded. Galerkin's procedure is used to solve one of the von Karmantype large deflection equations and an exact solution is obtained for the rest equation.The solution to the plates with three kinds of orthotropies, Glass/EPoxy, Boron/Epoxy and Graphite/Epoxy, is found under the clamping, radially immovable boundary conditions.The influence of the non-axisymmetrical def leation is investigated. The results show as follows.
