碳纤维-铜复合材料的热膨胀系数和电阻率的研究
A STUDY OF THE THERMAL EXPANSION COEFFICIENT AND ELECTRICAL RESISTIVITY OF CARBON FIBER-COPPER COMPOSITE

摘要: 本文对碳纤维-铜(CF/Cu)复合材料的热膨胀系数及电阻率进行了研究。测定了单向和混向CF/Cu复合材料在不同纤维含量下的热膨胀系数;根据提出的混向复合材料模型,推导出热膨胀系数的表达式。结果表明:实验值和计算值较为吻合。CF/Cu复合材料的电阻率随纤维含量的增大而上升。单向复合材料在纤维轴向上的电阻率变化规律基本上符合复合材料的混合规则(ROM),但混向复合材料的电阻则不符合。Abstract: The thermal expansion coefficeint and electrical resistivity of unidisectional and random carbon fiber-copper (CF/Cu) composites fabricated by hot-pressing the Cu-coated carbon fiber were studied.
