C/K,C/K混杂复合材料纵向压缩特性

THE LONGITUDINAL COMPRESSIVE PROPERTIES OF C/K AND G/K HYBRID COMPOSITES

  • 摘要: 本文对C/K、G/K混杂复合材料进行了压缩力学性能试验,揭示含Kevlar纤维混杂复合材料的纵向压缩行为,为结构设计提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: The hybrid composites containing Kevlar fibres have very low cornpressive strength because of the structure of Kevlar fibres.It is necessary for us to study the compressive behaviour of hybrid composites containing Kevaar fibres.The domestic carbon and glass fiber were used to produce C/K and G/K unidirectional hybrid laminates, and their compressive properties were tested.The relationship between compressive behaviour and hybrid ratio was found.Meanwhile the compressive properties of KFRP and its hybrid composites were revealed by comparing their tensile and compressive properies,Some property analyses were made in terms of constitutional structure, Finally a brief introduction was made to failure morphology.
