金属基铸造颗粒复合材料

CASTING METAL MATRIX COMPOSITES REINFORCED WITH PARTICLES

  • 摘要: 金属基铸造颗粒复合材料是复合材料中的一个新兴的研究领域,具有十分广阔的应用前景。本文在对铸造颗粒复合材料的制造工艺方法、润湿及其改善途径、金属液的物理、化学特性、界面结构及形态等重要问题进行综合评述的基础上,对目前存在的问题、今后的研究课题和发展趋势提出了看法。认为不断完善和开发各种工艺方法,深入开展基础理论研究工作,开发新材料是今后铸造颗粒复合材料研究的中心任务。

     

    Abstract: The subject of casting metal matrix composites reinforced with particles is a rising field in the area of composite materials.This kind of composites possesses potential appliation prospects.Based on the comment on a series of important problems,this paper presents some opinions about the prohlemg exsisting at the present,the future research tasks and the tendency, such as casting technique,wetting and its improving ways,physical and chewical properties of molten metal,interfacial construction and formation. We think that improving continuously and exploiting all kinds of technological methods,unfolding,search in the depth of basic theory and exploiting new materials are the central tasks in the field of casting particle composite materials in the future.
