用红外光谱法研究环氧树脂基体的固化特性

A STUDY ON CURING CHARACTERISTICS OF EPOXY RESIN AS MATRIX FOR FRP WITH INFRARED SPECTRUM METHOD

  • 摘要: 本文主要介绍利用红外光谱法研究双酚A型环氧基体与胺类固化体系的固化特性,并测得不同固化时间,不同胺类含量的固化程度。本文还研究了利用红外光谱跟踪环氧树脂-多元酸固化过程,从而取得了较为合理的固化温度。

     

    Abstract: The curing properties of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A with curing agen is of amine such as tetraethylene-pentamine(TEPA),2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole(EMI-24) have been extensively studied by means of infrared spectrophotometry(IR),and their degrees of curing were measured at different curing temperatures and with different content of amine.
