碳纤维及其复合材料的付立叶变换红外光声光谱的研究

STUDY OF CARBON FIBER AND ITS COMPOSITE MATERIAIS BY FTIR-PAS TECHNIQUE

  • 摘要: 本文用付立叶变换红外光声光谱(FTIR-PAS)技术研究了碳纤维及其复合材料的光声光谱,例如,聚丙烯腈碳纤维(PAN),碳纤维—聚苯硫醚(CF-PPS),碳纤维—聚醚醚酮(CF-PEEK),碳纤维—环氧树脂(CF-epoxyresin)等复合材料。此外,研究了不同氧化程度的PAN预氧丝,实验发现随着PAN氧化程度加深,C-H伸展振动谱带(2920cm-1)与C≡N伸展振动谱带(2250cm-1)和强度逐渐减弱,并与元素分析结果一致。最后还研究了碳纤维—环氧树脂复合材料氧化前后的光声光谱,结果令人满意。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,we wi11 describe PA spectrum of carbon fiber and its composite materials for example,PAN,GF-PPS,CF-PEEK,CF-epoxy resin etc,by STIR-PAS technique.We make some experiments for SAN for fiber with different oxidation degree and find that the intensity of C-H staectching band at 2920 cm-1 and C≡N stiectchiag liarid at 2250 cm-1 decreases as the degree of oxidation of preoxidized PAN fiber increases.Experimental resuIfs shown good agreement with elenentary analysis.We also study PA spectrum of CF-epoxy resins before and after oxidation and find satisfaction in the results of study.
