Al2O3/Al-Si合金复合材料凝固组织的研究

A STUDY OF THE SOLIDIFYING STRUCTURE OF Al2O3/AI-Si ALLOY COMPOSITE

  • 摘要: 本文在国产氧化铝短纤维基础上,研究了氧化铝短纤维增强铝硅合金复合材料的凝固组织。研究结果表明,在复合材料凝固过程中,氧化铝短纤维可以为铝硅合金中硅相非自发形核的衬底,并有利于细化基体合金的晶粒和降低显微偏析程度。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the solidifying structure of alumina short fiber reinforced aluminum-silicon alloy composite is studied on the basis of domestic alumina short fibers. The results of the study indicate th at the aluinina short fibers can serve as propitious sites for heterogenous nucleation of the silicon phase in aluminum-silicon alloys, and are favorable to form refined grains of the matrix alloy and reducing microsegregatin of the alloy during the solidification of the compositese.
