纤维表面状态对复合材料固化过程的影响
THE EFEECT OF SURFACE CONDITION OF FIBERS ON THE CURING PROCESS OF COMPOSITE MATERIALS

摘要: 本文是研究不同表面状态的纤维对“sb-1” 基体体系固化过程的影响,我们采用扭辫分析(TBA)技术研究了玻纤、碳纤维以及经冷等离子体处理过的碳纤维对固化过程的影响。并得到了三T(温度-时间-转变)状态图,固化过程两个转变温度(Tgg,Tg∞)以及固化反应的动力学参数,这些结果为复合材料复合工艺制订提供了科学根据。Abstract: This paper has studied the effoct of diff:ront surface conditions of fibor,on the curing procoss of the“Sb-1”matrix system.Torsional Braid Analysis (TBA) technology was used to study the cffect of tho glass fibers carbon fibors and the carbon fibers whlch are treated means of cold plasma on th curing process.The Time-Temperature-Transformation(TTT) Diagrams,two transition tempcratures(Tgg Tg∞)of the curing process and tho kinetic paramctors of curing roactions havoboon obtained.Thesc results provide a sciontific foudation for composite technology of composit matorials.
